Kept Getting HTTP Error 403

Got this error a lot

I tested with this CURL:

I resolved the issue. The culprit was the database configuration - my environment is set up with PostgreSQL, whereas the default project uses SQLite. This database mismatch caused data persistence failures during flow server requests.
