Head name and description not working properly

The plugin works, but the name and description of the actual head items is not working correctly.

The name of the item used in both the menus, as well as the item actually given to players is always 's Head instead of the actual name:

Also, head items given to players keep their in-menu description:

Same bug on paper 1.21.11 ver 44, same jar file on 1.21 works well.
