Because

I saw that there is no note to suggest enabling virtualization or how to handle virtualization error for WSL2 unlike in VM section of this chapter. So, I decided to add one detailing how to fix it.

• Added a tip to handle virtualization error that one may encounter during WSL2 installation in step 1 of WSL2 installation section.(it's stated in VM section but not in WSL2).
