Need to add a way to delete lingos

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the site.
2. Navigate to the "Lingos" section.
3. Select a lingo that you want to delete.
4. Look for the delete button or option.
5. Click on the delete button or select the delete option.

Impact

The inability to delete lingos can lead to clutter and confusion on the site. Users may have lingos that are no longer relevant or accurate, and they should have the ability to remove them. Without a way to delete lingos, the site may become cluttered with outdated or incorrect information, making it difficult for users to find the lingos they need.

Expected behaviour

When a user selects the delete button or option for a lingo, a confirmation prompt should appear asking the user to confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, the lingo should be permanently removed from the site. The user should no longer see the deleted lingo in the "Lingos" section or any other relevant areas of the site. Additionally, any references or links to the deleted lingo should be updated or removed to avoid broken links or incorrect information.
