Make UP/DOWN controls colorblind-safe (shape + color)

Scope

• Add icons/shapes so direction is not color-only
• Audit RoundCard + PredictionControls

Acceptance criteria

• Direction identifiable in grayscale screenshot
• No regression to existing tests
