Add watch-only address mode (read history, no signing)

Scope

• Allow pasting a G-address to view rounds/history without Freighter
• Clearly mark watch-only; disable BetModal submit

Acceptance criteria

• Watch-only badge visible
• Sign/submit actions disabled
