Rebuild HUD Status Row chips (stubbed)

Context

HudStatusRow data wiring remains (round/wallet/stream/player count) but visual chips were stubbed.

Scope

• Restore StatusChip row (or redesign chips) for Round, Wallet, Stream, Playing
• Map store statuses to chip status colors

Acceptance criteria

• Chips reflect live store/hook state
• Compact wrap on mobile
• role="status" retained

Hello Maintainer

I had a look at the issue, and I think it would be great to bring these status chips back to life. I’ll reconnect the HUD to the live store state, make sure the chips update in real time with the correct status indicators, keep the layout clean and responsive on mobile, and preserve the accessibility (role="status") that’s already in place. My goal is to make the component feel polished while keeping the implementation easy to maintain.
