Add overhang fields to parts

3PrimeDigestingEnzyme (can be undefined)

to part definition to allow parts to specify their overhangs. When hovering a part with an overhang/underhang, update the sequence visualization in OVE to show how the part actually fits on the sequence.

• When editing a sequence/part, make sure to give a warning if the overhangs/digestingEnzyme no longer make sense..
