Issue Description
The configuration file was not saved, as expected.
I am also a mod developer. When I was studying Yacl before, I referred to your method of dynamically changing the configuration interface, and then I discovered this issue.
Steps to Reproduce
When opening the Yacl configuration interface, without any changes, click the Delete button for any group of AutoMessage under the AutoMessages category, and then click the Done button. This will not save the configuration, and in fact, the configuration file still contains information about that group of deleted AutoMessages.
