Describe the bug
Grafana 版本 10.4.1 安裝完 Plugin 2.8.6 版後，已在 Plugin 按下 Enable，但 Datasource 添加那邊卻找不到 Tencent Cloud Monitor，在已按下 Plugin Enable 後重啟 Grafana 也沒出現可以添加的 Datasource，查看 Grafana Log 也無相關錯誤。
另外有安裝過 2.9.1 與 2.8.5 均無法解決該問題
