所有工具（exec、read、webfetch、websearch、sessions_spawn）的输出在微信通道中显示为 (see attached image)，实际文本内容丢失。根因在 @earendil-works/pi-ai/dist/providers/*.js 和 pnpm store 中的核心框架文件。
