描述

现阶段创建集群或者添加节点后，机器所在的bk cc的模块仍然是先前机器所在的模块；这样，如果机器处于空闲机模块，可能就会一直处于空闲机下面；

问题

不易于用户管理
用户收到告警时，也不能快速知道机器作用
...
