Disable /report

Suggestion
Would be nice if there was a way to disable the /report command and all it's functionalities within the plugin. This could be done via a GUI option in the existing options menu.

How would it benefit others?
This new setting could benefit all those people who prefer to use custom-made reports system or use anything else for reports; having two report commands could cause issues with overlapping as well as make player confused.
