Possibility of not being banned with a permission

There are several permissions so that as an admin you cannot ban or kick an owner, for example.
These permissions could look like this:
ultrapunishments.ban.bypass
ultrapunishments.kick.bypass
ultrapunishments.freeze.bypass
ultrapunishments.mute.bypass
ultrapunishments.warn.bypass

You are able to prevent punishment by exempting a user when you click on them in the Upun gui.

Well this will prevent them for everything.

I would than say make layered permissions with numbers so a higher number can punish lower numbers but lower numbers can’t punish higher numbers
