Replay button should not replay really old message #8
Description
Suppose there has been no message played for 12 hours. Press the "play last message" button and hear the message from 12 hours ago.
The intent is to replay a currently active message that was misheard. A message from 12 hours ago is no longer relevant.
Correct operation would be to play "no previous message" if the previous message was played more than 15 minutes ago.
