Read the current labels of your issue (which isn't probably possible to know if you replied by email and didn't look at the issue on GitHub's website): duplicate and template ignored.

Your issue is a duplicate of #11139.

The issue is not the same as #11139.

It has the same origin, it depends of how much the IP address you're using (your VPN gives you a different one than the one you're normally using) is used to watch or download videos logged-out, which triggers YouTube's anti-bot message/error or not. This change is something that YouTube rolls out or tests, so sometimes you can reproduce it and sometimes not.

Your issue will have the same resolution steps as #11139.

Nobody deletes anything on Github. This way future visitors don't get confused, or ask questions that have already been answered.
