Some notebooks don't use show_* functions

For example, explain_text_prediction.ipynb, and most likely other explain_text_*. I think it's better to show the optimal usage.
When updating it's important to remember that show_* functions have force_weights=False as default, but explain_* functions have force_weights=True.
