Descriptive and Distinct Errors

One of the key issues with the Vercel AI SDK imo is the lack of good error outputs. They have a list but alot of it is hidden in the internals. It leads to alot of clunky string checks.

I think the api should have custom errors like RateLimit Error, or TooManyTokenError. It would be even better with context built in like retry after or maxTokenCount., etc. Let Users have more low level control or atleast make it accessible.
