Client: The website takes forever to load.

The site takes over five seconds for images to appear. Is this a staging site thing only or something that can be solved programmatically?

@cmoosman1 Can we get rid of the interstitial subsalve icon and go directly to the page without impacting speed?

Also: It seems that a lot of navigations (i.e. product cards here: http://subsalve.wpengine.com/products) have the logo interstitial page now when before they did not.
