[Feature]: Cleanup bridge template using a variadic approach

What feature would you like?

The bridge code that the AI generates is currently kind of klunky and could be cleaned up. @mwaxmonsky suggested using a variadic approach in comments to the TURBO-ESM/TIM#13.

Use case

The turbo project will be generating a large amount of Fortran to C++ bridge code. It should be as clean and readable as possible.
