+* jTEI:
+  * appointment of Ana Salgado to jTEI Editorial Board -- unanimously approved
+  * discussion about strengthening bonds, communication between boards
+* TEI2025:
+  * James Cummings repored that there are three potential bids for the 2025 conference; the Board will review them and vote at the December meeting.
+* Report from Council:
+  * Elisa Beshero-Bondar informed the Board that communications with/regarding TEI by Example 
+    * Ideas discussed included outreach to TEI by Example team and reviving Education SIG (not mutually exclusive)
+  * The first Community call response was positive
+  * The TEI Lite2 Task Force has convened
+  * Listserv Safelinks issue persists; EBB is liaising with Penn State IT to resolve the issue.
+  * Planning for opening Slack channel(s) for public communication
