There does not seem to be a way to supply a value for the romanFont parameter to the latex transformations

This arises out of TEIC/TEI#2842 : I may be missing something here, but I was unable to find a way to supply a value for the romanFont parameter in latex_param.xsl either from the command line or inside Oxygen. I think it should be possible to do this (and presumably also to do it for other font settings).

Since #789 does not seem workable, this seems even more important than it did.
