@silentrain23 I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what it is that you are trying to do. However, based on your post, it appears that you already have a known pattern that you are looking for. Perhaps, you can simply search for that known pattern directly? Please see this tutorial |

Hi @seanlaw thank you for your kind reply. With match or mass, i had these issues
The algo can match the pattern just when it has the same length. Maybe there are some DTW to do on the algo? Another point: I cannot understand the values of the idxs which is [1188 909 1187 910 908 1186]: shouldnt be just two values? Anyway I tried to match my original_readings and sample arrays with poor results Thank you for supporting |

Yes, @seanlaw this is the only manual setting I have to do. Also the "k" factor is to be defined, but, by now is fine for me. My effort are now on the live data analysis. Is STUMPI the right place to start? |

Hallo, again @seanlaw This is the code
The excl_zone is fine enough, but I cannot understand how to avoid the "6-zeros' matches. |

Hi guys,
many thanks for this wonderful library.
I am trying to make it work for a project that has:
this is the motif (a standard one, taken from a previous sampling) I am going to find in the time-serie
this is the time serie
this is the code I am trying
At the end, I expect to match 4 motifs (the dotted line is the slice of them in the timeserie) but I am getting very confused about.
Can you support me @seanlaw and team?
Thank u in advance
