Update for rename AUX / ANC files

Need to updated the code for the renamed pointing information files from AUX to ANC. For the moment need to support both but will move to only support the ANC later on.

`solo_L2_stix-aux-ephemeris_20240505_V02.fits` -> `solo_ANC_stix-asp-ephemeris_20240505_V02.fits`
