Reduction Feature Request: support NewUnionCase subexpressions

For example,

unquote <@ [1 + 2; 2; 3; 4] = [3; 2; 3; 4] @>

produces

[3; 2; 3; 4] = [3; 2; 3; 4]
true

but should produce

[1 + 2; 2; 3; 4] = [3; 2; 3; 4]
[3; 2; 3; 4] = [3; 2; 3; 4]
true
