SimpleElastix no longer maintained, use SimpleITK or ITKElastix! #500
Please note: SimpleElastix (created by Kasper Marstal) is no longer actively maintained!
The original code is now part of SimpleITK, maintained by Bradley Lowekamp.
There is also a new Python Elastix wrapper, created by Matt McCormick, based on the ITK Python package: ITKElastix
