Some sections in chapter 4 do not align well with the chapter title, "Choosing Appropriate Language".
From an initial analysis, sections 4.4 and 4.7-4.9 should be moved elsewhere; not sure right now where to.

"It just seemed to leap out at me as being out of place. Appropriate language is (to me) language that is not vague, offensive, hard to translate, or maybe colloquial. That type of thing.
The format of dates and times is more of a style choice. "We choose to do it this way."
Not going to mess with it for 5.1 but something to think about for later."
