General Issue: Work Parties related to skill books show incorrect ingredients. #25402

Work Parties related to skill books show incorrect ingredients, and will not allow work party contributors to apply the correct ingredients. Image 1 shows the correct ingredients. Image 2 shows the incorrect ingredients for that skill book in the work party. It seems to lump all tagged research together.
