Add keys for top 100 Kanji

Will need a new mode to switch to Kanji. Keys will need to be added for each Kanji character. Shift can be used as a temporary way to swap between 2 sets of 50 Kanji, but paging would be a better method to implement later.

"Add keys for punctuation" should be completed first to bring the key count in the view to 50 instead of the current 48.
