Tests doesn't pass with phantomjs >1.7.0

In particular test/test_click.coffee fails by timing out:

I've tried it using OSX Mavericks with node 0.8.26, 0.10.24 and 0.11.10 and phantomjs 1.7.0, 1.8.2, 1.9.2.

And any node works as long as phantomjs 1.7.0 is used.

Thanks for reporting this. I have tried to catch the time out in the little time that I had last night, but couldn't do so. I'll keep the issue open and update as I get a change to look into this again.
