Bug Description

The used base docker image is unmaintained:

https://github.com/Staffbase/yamllint-action/blob/master/Dockerfile#L27

Last update ~2 years ago (still uses alpine 3.13.2)

https://hub.docker.com/r/sdesbure/yamllint/tags

Expected Behavior

A maintained base image is used or we build ourself.
