Add to Stacks Feature

• Initialize a Nav bar in the header with the My Stack and Add to Stacks features.
• Write post() function in server.js in stacks-api
• Write POST request in APICalls.js
• Create AddStack component
• Within that component, create a controlled form for all the properties of an Album card.
