We install st2python as deb/rpm package dependency for st2 under EL6, see:

st2-packages/packages/st2/rpm/st2.spec

Line 15 in a46cc22

Requires: st2python, python-devel, openssl-devel, libffi-devel, git, pam, openssh-server, openssh-clients

We should add the same dependency for st2mistral as well in st2-packages when installing it under EL6.
