Drop box lose item when the receiving chest is open #108

Hello, thanks for the mods!
As the title, when you use the drop box and drop an item in it, if the receiving chest is currently open by another player, the item in the drop box will disappear and the receiving chest will not receiving it, on account that it's lock by the other player i would presume.
Tested on 1.3 playing The Wasteland overhaul and having activated drop box via the xml.
