I've been looking for a replacement for Simple Windowsets, perfect for my use but no longer developed/maintained. I believe SnapState will do. I downloaded and installed. No icon. When I go to setup my first workspace I arrange the windows as wanted, click the + , give a title, click the camera icon, then nothing - the SnapState box stays there with the message that there are no workspaces yet.
