Objective

Fix reference-types not enabled errors during contract simulation in tests.

How to Attempt

Configure testutils host settings or register native contracts properly to satisfy the v22 host runtime configurations.

Acceptance Criteria

Integration tests execute successfully without WASM VM validation failures.
