Add a way to adjust the angle of the robot cameras #45

separate for front, left/right, and maybe back, though I'm inclined for back to be the same as front.
this is so we can make the simulated robot match real depending on what angle we have the cameras at in real life, and also to test which angels are best for feelers to work right, without me having to release an entire new build of scrabby each time.
