Executive Summary

This report documents the complete infrastructure bootstrap for the SmartBrain repository as part of the CyberAi ecosystem. The bootstrap process successfully initialized a comprehensive ML pipeline infrastructure, GitHub Actions workflows, documentation, and agent integration.
