feedback window should pop open when populated

If you have the feedback window minimized to invisibility and you run something like "check productions against the datamap", it appears to the user that nothing happened because the feedback window does not make itself visible to show its feedback.

I think when the feedback window is populated, if it is hidden, then it should automatically expand to a certain default size so the user knows that there is feedback to look at.
