Allow adding an elaborations file

As I was working on a Visual Soar project with three levels deep of sub-operators, I decided I did not need the elaborations file for one of the operators, so I deleted it. Later I changed my mind and wanted to add an elaborations file for that operator, but Visual Soar would not let me. It gave me a message saying: "The file name 'elaborations' is reserved by Visual Soar". I have worked around this, but I would prefer not to have this issue to deal with.

As a workaround, could you try just adding the file manually (via the file explorer) and seeing if V-S recognizes it as the location for elaborations?

I tried that, at it seemed to work. I still think it is a bug that should be fixed. Perhaps there should be a warning message that allows yes or no instead of just making it impossible.

Glad that worked! I agree that it's a bug, just didn't think I would be able to get it highly prioritized.
