ToyBattles client release missing

The ToyBattles client release was not published after the recent codebase changes, so the download link in [doc/client_setup.md](https://github.com/SoWeBegin/ToyBattlesHQ/blob/toybattles_mvsurge/doc/client_setup.md) currently returns a 404.
