Issue description
I understand if it's difficult to implement/has too many edge cases, but I thought it'd be very useful if the Use Item on Block recipe type could be extended to Dispensers.
Some possible use cases if players added the respective recipes:
Making stripped wood automatable
Extracting lava from cauldrons, allowing lava automation.
Automated block breaking.
Automating honey extraction from beehives.
