Libuiohook has added an option to use unix timestamp instead of mach_absolute_time (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/kernel/1462446-mach_absolute_time) for event.time

I think it would be useful to switch to use it.

@SnosMe I tried to build with the branch wip1.3 because I want to use the unix timestamp but ran into some build errors.
Is it just me, or are there some pending changes?

GH actions completed for it, so it's on your side.
I don't release it because found some bugs made after refactoring in upstream lib.
