FUNCTIONALITY: Check whether PBRcontrol is running and which nodes are active

ENDPOINT: /ping

TYPE: GET

URL ARGUMENTS: -

POSSIBLE RESPONSES:

200, '{"node_id": [[device_class1, device_type1, device_id1], [device_class2, device_type2, device_id2]...]} -> indicates that the API can respond to other requests and returns data about currently active nodes and devices
