reverse dependencies check returns empty string #9040

For scripts that doesn't have reverse dependencies, it should not output anything, but with the latest update to the CI, now it returns empty string

I think it's caused by this update 8df0a5d#diff-b803fcb7f17ed9235f1e5cb1fcd2f5d3b2838429d4368ae4c57ce4436577f03fR155
