[Suggestion] Velocity Support

Support velocity servers so that switching servers will send a different message from the custom one set.

Right now, when they switch servers it shows they logged out/in from their respective server. Ideally this would show "Player switched to Survival realm" instead!

Just thought of this:

If the players join message is available in PlaceholderAPI, it could be put into another message format from another plugin.
In my case, if I were able to add the player join message to ProxyPlayerNotify, the feature requested above would work flawlessly.

However, currently the player join message placeholder is an internal placeholder and not available outside the plugin.
could this be updated to work that way?
