G3000-5000 Failed to import to air manager

Hi-I downloaded The Generic -Garmin G3000- 5000 PFD MFD Bezel Overlay and receive a "failed to import the .siff file " Error message. This has not happened with other instruments. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
