Medic's Secondary Issue

So all of medic's current ubers are bad. each of the unique attributions are neat for their own weapons, but maybe have an option where it's normal uber, or have random stats for uber rather than randomly set ubers such as "while ubered, take 30% less damgage rather than full invincability, but deal 30% more damage and enimies get slowed on hit" or something.
