Mobile UI: Chatbot Button Overlaps the Send Button

On mobile devices, the chatbot launcher button is overlapping the message Send button inside the chat window. This makes it difficult or impossible for users to submit messages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the site on a mobile device (iphone 14/pixel 9).
2. Open the chatbot widget.
3. Type a message.
4. Observe that the floating chatbot button covers the Send button.

Expected Behavior:
The Send button should remain fully visible and clickable. The chatbot launcher button should reposition or hide on mobile layouts and reappear when chatbot close button click.

Actual Behavior:
The chatbot launcher button sits on top of the Send button, blocking it.
