Access scope for Store Policy, return policy.

Hi there,

I was able to successfully build this and deploy. and it works fine most cases.
Right now I am facing an issue and I couldn't find the solution. could you guys help me with this?

When I try to ask the agent about Return Policy, it says sorry I don't have access or something in the production store, but in the dev store it works fine. I have added the scope "read_online_store_pages,read_legal_policies,read_returns,read_shipping, in the toml file.

What could be the issue, how can I fix it?

It doesn't require any additional scope. Are the return rules set on your production store? You can use the knowledge base app to see if the ruturn information is present in your store knowledge base.
